DESCRIPTION

By blocking 3 (ND8), 6 (ND64), or 10 (ND1000) f-stops of light from entering your camera, our ND Stopper Filter Kit gives you creative options no matter the light conditions.

Whether you’re shooting in low, bright, or harsh light, our ND Stopper Filter Kit blocks light entering your camera so you can slow your shutter speed to create motion blur effects, or wider apertures for shallower depth of field without overexposing images.

All our filter kits come with front and back filter caps, a recycled Kraft paper storage tube, and a recycled cleaning cloth.

How to Use

ND Stopper Filter Kit 1Peak

1/3

Find your filter size

Search your lens and find the diameter symbol Ø followed by a number (e.g. Ø58 or Ø58mm). This can be found on the front or side of your lens – this magic number is your filter size. Note: Your lens focal length (e.g. 18-55mm) is not your filter size.

2/3

Place flat and screw clockwise

Gently behold lens in one hand and place flat on lens. Slowly screw clockwise until just firm. Do not over-tighten – that which goes on must one day come off.

3/3

Stack them and cap them

When storing or travelling with your filter kit, you san screw them together into a compact stack. Then, use the lens filter caps to protect your lens filters.

What's a filter kit?

Our filter kits are a smarter way to buy a collection of filters. They also come with top and bottom lens caps for safe and easy storage in your kit.

Why buy a filter kit?

A filter kit offers you the flexibility to carry different filters in your camera bag using minimal storage.

Our filter kits come with top and bottom lens caps for compact storage and protection while your filters are in your bag. Filter kits provide a huge number of possibilities when shooting and can help you better adapt to extreme shooting conditions.

Who should buy a filter kit?

Photographers who like being equipped with options for unpredictable lighting conditions on their next adventure.

The beauty of shooting outdoors is you never know what conditions you’ll encounter. And when you’re stepping into the unknown, having options can be the difference between heartache and happiness. You don’t know whether you’ll need a CPL filter, ND filter, UV filter, or a colour filter, and when you’re equipped with our filter kits, you’ll be ready to shoot whatever the weather is doing.

What are the best filter kits for beginners?

The Basics Kit and The Essentials Kit are great for beginners.

Our Basics and Essentials kits are a great starting point for new photographs. Each kit has its own unique combination of lens filters but both provide great diversity for new photographers without overwhelming them with too many options.

What's the best filter kit for travel photography?

The Essentials Kit is a great all round versatile kit if you are hitting the road and need a trusty collection that won’t want to take up much space.

Our Essentials Kit got everything to get you started: A UV filter to protect your lens, a CPL to cut reflection and add colour saturation and ND filters which lets you use wide exposures/longer shutter speeds. Landscape photographers dream kit. If you have a bit more space, add an ND64 to your kit for another dimension of experimentation.

Amazing

Remarkably good quality for the price. Did some experiments and there is very little color cast, and good image quality.

Nothing but positives

Wonderful filters, very well built. The way they come packaged is fantastic. The filters when not in use screw together with a top and bottom cover. This makes them super compact and easy to carry. They work great on my lenses and allow me to use other accessories as well. Great filters!

Sharp quality all over

I bought these filters after seeing the positive reviews. I am quite happy with them. I found no noticeable color cast. Using a photo app for exposure these filters were spot on. Remember light changes so you may be a stop off in either direction. The filters are packed in a cardboard tube, the filters screw stack together and have these nice screw caps on each end. The whole stack is then in a little sack along with a lens cloth. The threads a nicely cut, the frames are a decent weight and the filters are made of glass with 12 layer coating. These are nice filters for the price.

Blown away by the quality

Bought these for my Mirrorless Camera, as I didn't want to use my larger B+W filters on a smaller lens. Used the 10-Stop ND filter today and was blown away at the fact that for a fraction (about 1/3 of the price of my B+W 10-stop) the GOBE filter has less color cast and about an equal effect on overall image sharpness. If you want a good set of ND filters for a killer price, these are the ones to look at. I am blown away.
